(JB) Foodies can meet an American gourmet chef in Luxembourg when he joins forces with four local food truck entrepreneurs to cook up some tasty treats.
Award-winning chef and Top Chef TV show judge Hugh Acheson will stop by Esch-sur-Alzette on September 15, where he serve up food inspired with an American and Luxembourg twist for the public.
Working alongside Bea of Joo, Gregg Hell of Sofood, Kim Conrardy of The Food Truck and Vincent Lomell of The Karavan, Mr Acheson will offer free tastings as well as items for purchase.
The chef has restaurants in Georgia, the USA, and has written a number of cook books. He competed in Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, Season 3 and currently stars as a judge on Top Chef.
He will stop off in Luxembourg prior to visting the Milan World Expo, where he plans to give cooking demonstrations at the US Pavilion dedicated to Food Safety.
The chef will be at the Esch-sur-Alzette Town Hall on September 15 from 11am to 1.30pm.
All are welcome to attend.
