Car stolen after Bascharage house break-in

A house was broken into and a car stolen from the property on Wednesday night in Bascharage and police are now asking to public to keep an eye out for the vehicle.

The incident occurred some time during the night at a detached house on Avenue de Luxembourg when the offender is reported to have broken into the house before swiping the car keys and speeding off in the vehicle that was parked by the front door.

The vehicle is described as a Fiat 500X, grey in colour with Luxembourg number plate CK 5023.

If anyone spots the car they should not approach it, but should immediately contact their local police station.
