(CS) Culture Minister Maggy Nagel on Wednesday welcomed a special visitor at her ministry, as a brown bear from the City's “Naturmusée” is staying there during refurbishment works at the Grund museum.
With the permanent exhibition space of the Luxembourg natural history museum closed until December next year for a thorough overhaul, the Naturmusée's collection of stuffed animals is being distributed across cultural venues around the country.
Among them is the foyer of the Culture Ministry, but also the CNA in Dudelange, the national literature centre in Mersch, Neimënster, Casino Luxembourg, the Rotondes and a handful of other venues.

Anyone coming across one of the animals is encouraged to snap a picture and share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtags #vakanzbeiderfamill, #animalvacation or #naturmusee.
The Naturmusée will be closed until December, when a temporary exhibition on Luxembourg adventurers and explorers in Latin American opens. The temporary exhibition space has been closed for the past year and is now newly renovated.
