Luxembourg police will increase their presence around pedestrian crossings and tourist attractions next week as part of a summer road safety campaign.
The campaign aims to stopping excessive speeding in built-up areas.
In addition to these deterrent measures in areas popular with pedestrians during rush hour, officers will also target motorists in rest areas on Luxembourg motorways.
Checks of two-wheeled motorised vehicles will continue as part of an ongoing controls.
The road safety campaign will run from August 15 to 23.
