(JB) Luxembourg police had to intervene in three brawls in popular social spots in the capital in the early hours of Sunday.
At 3.30am, officers broke up a fight between four people outside a night club in rue de la Faïencerie. Just 15 minutes later and less than a kilometre away a fight was reported at a nightclub close to the train station.
The fight broke out at a venue in rue Josephe Heinz. Three people were arrested and a knife was confiscated.
At 4am, around 20 people reportedly began fighting in the car park at the Rives de Clausen.
Officers managed to break up the fight and the majority dispersed. Police used pepper spray on three people to calm them down.
