IBCL appoints new strategic advisory board president
Member of the board of directors at ArcelorMittal Michel Wurth this week was appointed the new president of the Indian Business Chamber's strategic advisory board.

(CS) Member of the board of directors at ArcelorMittal Michel Wurth this week was appointed the new president of the Indian Business Chamber's strategic advisory board.
The strategic advisory board brings together experts from a number of sectors of the Luxembourg economy, as well as representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and the Foreign Affairs and Economy Ministries.
It will provide advice and guidance to IBCL on the development of its long-term strategies, plans and objectives, recommending policies and reviewing activities with a focus on business between India and Luxembourg.
The new board, appointed this week, is composed of the following members:
Chairman Michel Wurth, member of the ArcelorMittal board of directors
Gaston Stronck, former Luxembourg ambassador to India and director of international economic relations and European affairs at the Luxembourg Foreign Affairs Ministry
Luc Verbeken, CEO at ING Luxembourg
Marc Feider, senior partner at Allen & Overy Luxembourg
Serge Behm, general manager and vice-president at TATA Consultancy Services Luxembourg
Virginie Michielsen, director marketing and communication at Deloitte Luxembourg
Jeannot Erpelding, director of international affairs at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
Christian Ginter, deputy director for investment promotion at the Luxembourg Economy Ministry
Yves Nosbusch, chief economist at BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg
President of IBCL Sudhir Kohli commented: “We feel that we have reached a point where it is important to tap into an impressive group of thought leaders to help and support our long term success and ambitions.”
In addition to the changes of the strategic advisory board, Pedro Castilho has been appointed vice-president of IBCL, replacing Jim Penning who will contiue serving the board.
