Three Luxembourg military Dingoes collided in a tunnel in the capital on Tuesday, shortly after a military parade to mark National Day.
The embarassing prang occurred in the Saint Esprit tunnel as army representatives returned from the afternoon parade.
The heavily armoured, 12.5-tonne cars inadvertently struck one another in the tunnel.
No-one was injured but the drivers were taken to hospital as a precaution. The tunnel, meanwhile, had to be closed for some time while the wreckage was cleared.
The vehicles were towed to the Grand Duke Jean military base in Diekirch.
Mechanics will determine the extent of the damage and decide whether or not the vehicles need to be sent back to the plant where they were constructeed near Munich, Germany.
The Luxembourg Army has 48 second generation Dingo vehicles. Four of them were involved in Tuesday's military parade.
