A drunken cyclist ended up in prison on Sunday night after he pedalled into the side of a police car.
Police spotted the hapless rider on Boulevard JF Kennedy in Esch-sur-Alzette at around midnight.
According to their report, after tackling the roundabout in a clockwise direction, the cyclist then drove into the side of the police car.
He attempted to continue his journey but was stopped by police and subjected to a breathalyser test.
The cyclist was found to be drunk and in charge of a bike and spent the night in prison.
