Luxembourg's Finance Minister fended off criticism that the country acted illegally in offering Amazon a fiscal deal in 2003, during a televised interview.

On Bloomberg TV section Bottom Line, Pierre Gramegna talked about the EU Commission's investigation into whether the deal allowed the online retailer to “unfairly shift profits to lower taxes.”
