(CS) Director general of Luxembourg airline Luxair Adrien Ney has said that the group cannot afford to give in to labour union demands, while urging staff representatives to return to the negotiating table to find a joint solution.
Speaking to the “Luxemburger Wort”, Ney said that the airline is operating in a difficult competitive environment. Despite a positive 1.9 million euro net result last year, Ney said that profit is small compared to a turnover of 400 million and 2,500 members of staff.
