The Institut Luxembourgeois des administrateurs (ILA) has joined forces with the Alumni Association Luxembourg (INSEAD) to host a conference about how cultural differences impact international business and how those differences may benefit Luxembourg’s competitiveness as a marketplace.
Keynote speaker will be Erin Meyer, Affiliate Professor of the Organisational Behaviour Department at INSEAD. An American national living in Paris, Erin Meyer specializes in the field of Cross-Cultural Management, Intercultural Negotiations, and Multi-cultural Leadership. She teaches in over two dozen INSEAD Executive Management programs including the Advanced Managers Program, the International Executive Program and numerous company specific programs. In addition Erin is the program director for INSEAD’s open enrollment program Managing Global Virtual Teams.
