(CS/DL) Three Belle Époque houses in Luxembourg City's Rue Michel Rodange are facing demolition after efforts to declare them national monuments failed.
The “Stater Sozialisten” – the Luxembourg City branch of the LSAP – in a press statement called the demolition “senseless destruction of architecture worth conserving.” However, Luxembourg City mayor Lydie Polfer commented to the “Luxemburger Wort” that efforts to have the buildings listed failed in 2010.
