Calls for more flexible shop opening hours in the capital

Newly appointed director of Luxembourg City's commerce union UCVL Anne Darin-Jaulin has called for more flexible opening hours for shops in the capital, especially on Sundays.

(CS) Newly appointed director of Luxembourg City's commerce union UCVL Anne Darin-Jaulin has called for more flexible opening hours for shops in the capital, especially on Sundays.

The 43-year-old is taking over from Yves Piron, who left the post after six years to spearhead the overhaul of Luxembourg's welcome and integration office OLAI. Darin-Jaulin, a trained psychologist, is not a newcomer to UCVL, however, having spent six years at the organisation, working in marketing, among other areas.
