(CS) While most airlines have ceased flights to Liberia's capital Monrovia, Cargolux on Friday helped ship 71 tonnes of safety and sanitation supplies to the West African nation to help Doctors Without Borders in their fight against Ebola.
The charter flight left Luxembourg at 8am on Friday with over 9,000 personal protection equipment kits on board, including gloves, gowns and masks, as well as chlorine destined for the Doctors Without Borders – or Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) – Ebola treatment centre in Monrovia.
