Youngsters in Luxembourg are spending up to 10 hours per day on their mobile phones, more than two thirds play scratch cards and a fifth smoke cannabis, recently published surveys have revealed.
The findings, composed from the results of three different surveys, were published by the Center for Drug Prevention (CePT) to demonstrate the types of addictive activities young people are participating in.
