Offshore fiduciary services company, Estera, has announced the acquisition of a specialist corporate and trust services business in Luxembourg.

Headstart S.à r.l., based in Cloche d'Or, whose clients include private equity and real estate firms, institutional clients, corporates and high net worth individuals, will rebrand to Estera in September.
