(LK) European Mobility Week is on its way to Luxembourg from September 16 until September 20. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of sustainable mobility and get Luxembourg citizens up and about, trying alternatives to just using their cars.
Throughout the four days, events will be held around the country. A bike tour is to take place in Mersch, a walk to school for both students and teachers in Reckange-sur-Mess and Segway tours and presentations on electric cars and bikes will be available in Dudelange and Koerich.
Lectures and workshops for pedestrians and people with disabilities are scheduled at Luxembourg City's main train station on September 18.
Mobility Week not only aims to increase awareness on sustainable mobility but also to improve the health and quality of life for Luxembourg residents. For more information and to find out what takes place on which date, click here.
