Luxembourg could help move Brexit talks in a more constructive direction, Jeremy Browne, the Special Representative for the City of London to the European Union said on a visit to the Grand-Duchy.
Browne has been touring Europe trying to convince the continent that the City is not only a British asset but a European one and that will continue to be Europe's gateway to global markets once the UK leaves the European Union, which is expected to happen in March 2019.
