"I pledge allegiance to the Grand Duke, observe the constitution and laws of the country, and complete with enthusiasm, accuracy, integrity and impartiality the functions entrusted to me," repeated Polfer aged 61, on Tuesday afternoon in her oath in front of Dan Kersch, Interior Minister, to officially become Luxembourg City Mayor
