(MSS) Cargolux's board of directors on Friday approved entering into a commercial cooperation agreement with Chinese investor Henan Civil Aviation (HNCA).
The Luxembourg state recently decided to sell its 35 percent stake to the HNCA, which is pending formal approval by the relevant Chinese authorities.
