(MSS) In their mission to develop closer customer relationships, BGL BNP Paribas has opened a new branch with a new concept with a focus on the latest technology and customer needs.
A 100 percent cashless bank with no physical counters; this does indeed sound a little different from your ordinary bank in Luxembourg.
On December 4 BGL BNP Paribas officially opened its new branch at Jardins de Luxembourg and introduced a new concept of banking.
Aiming to establish closer relationships to their customers, BGL BNP Paribas has created a Welcome Salon where staff will greet customers as they enter.
They will then guide them through the new premises and introduce them to the services they offer and explain how to use them.
Additionally, the bank is equipped with the latest in technology with tablets, laptops, free wi-fi amongst other things.
A Self-Banking area is also available for day-to-day transactions, as are cashpoints for cash withdrawals and deposits at any time.
Tuesday through Friday the branch will be open from 12.30pm to 6.30pm and on Saturdays from 9am till noon.
The Merl-Belair branch, that has also been refurbished to reflect the bank's new concept, will continue to operate Monday through Friday from 9am to noon and from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
