(MSS) Creative competition Crème Fraîche is calling on young people interested in film and screenwriting to submit a video. So, if you have a little Steven Spielberg inside you, read on to find out more.
For the third year in a row, Discovery Zone Luxembourg Film Festival, the National Youth Service and the National Centre of Audio-Visual is organising a competition for people aged 12 to 30.
The competition has two different categories: best screenplay, where a video between six to nine minutes must be submitted, and best 60-second clip. You can read more about the criteria for the videos below.
All participants will be invited to a special night at Utopolis on March 8, where the best clips, selected by a jury of three young people and three professionals, will be presented to the public.
It is then up to the viewers to vote for the 60 second clip they thought was the best, and for the jury to select the winner of the best screenplay.
Winners of the one-minute clip will be rewarded with an iPad and the winners of the best screenplay category will have their project produced professionally. The final result will be screened at the Discovery Zone film festival in 2014.
The deadline for submissions is February 3. To register or for more information, visit creme-fraiche.lu.
