(CS) Luxembourg's outgoing Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker, said that the CSV does not want to be a bad loser, at what was probably the final cabinet meeting of the Christian Socialist and LSAP coalition on Wednesday.
For Juncker, the meeting marked one of his last as Luxembourg's Premier, an office he has held since 1995 and that has seen him chair more than 180 councils of ministers in the Grand Duchy.
