(CS) A woman whose horse caused a fatal road accident in 2009 has been cleared of all charges for a second time by the Luxembourg appeal court, confirming a March 2013 verdict.
The woman had initially been charged with manslaughter for failing to secure her animal properly. The horse had dashed into a road between Leudelange and Cessange on August 28, 2009. An 18-year-old motorcyclist collided with the horse and later died of his injuries.
