(CS) The Luxembourg royal family voted in the capital on Sunday morning, with Crown Princess Stéphanie a first-time voter in the Grand Duchy.
The Hereditary Grand Duchess is of Belgian origin but became a Luxembourg national upon her marriage to Prince Guillaume. Prince Félix's new wife Princess Claire remains a German national and was therefore not part of the family trip to the ballot box.
The family arrived on foot to the Cercle Cité in Place d'Armes, only a short walk away from the Grand Ducal Palace.
The young royals were out in full force, with Prince Louis and wife Princess Tessy and Prince Sébastien also in Luxembourg for the elections. The latter also voted for the first time, as he was not yet 18 when Luxembourg held its last national elections in 2009.
Their grandfather Grand Duke Jean also cast his ballot on Saturday.
