(MSS) If you are looking for a good bargain on a new drum set or a couple of new CD's, you'll be happy to know that Luxembourg's biggest second hand market for instruments is taking place this Sunday.
Some 100 people will be exhibiting their old instruments, music magazines, amplifiers and CD's that will be up for sale or trade at the fourth edition of Musikbazar, that attracted more than 1,300 visitors to the Hall Sportif in Differdange last year.
Stands will also be set up for visitors seeking information on concert venues, studio productions, artists around the Grand Duchy and various Luxembourg music associations, allowing amateur and professional musicians alike to “meet and greet” and exchange experiences.
Local and foreign artists will be playing concerts during the day, with names like the Luxembourgish hip hop group De Läb, American Ron Tuffel and David White on the harp and Jazz Combo from Echternach Ecole de Musique, and a “swingin' barbecue” will provide visitors with food and drinks.
The bazar opens at 10am and runs until 8pm, and entrance is free of charge. For more information and to see the full program of the day, go to musikbazar.lu.
