(CS) The parliamentary control commission of Luxembourg's secret service on Tuesday confirmed that the NSA had not contacted the SREL for help to conduct its controversial surveillance programmes.
While there was no cooperation - and no request for cooperation - with the US security agency, the SREL said that it cannot be ruled out that people living in Luxembourg were monitored.
