Fire fighters responded to a call around 1pm, when residents in Bonnevoie found that recycling bags left on the pavement had been set on fire.
(CS) Fire fighters responded to a call around 1pm, when residents in Bonnevoie found that recycling bags left on the pavement had been set on fire.
With the bags containing plastic bottles and other plastic items there was a considerable amount of smoke.
