Three injured in frontal collision and hit-and-run
Two drivers were injured in a frontal collision between two cars near Belvaux, after one driver lost control of their car, with a cyclist injured in a hit-and-run in Bettembourg.

(CS) Two drivers were injured in a frontal collision between two cars near Belvaux, after one driver lost control of their car, with a cyclist injured in a hit-and-run in Bettembourg.
In the first accident, a woman driving between Belvaux and Oberkorn around 11.30am was surprised by road works, and lost control over her car, smashing head-on into an oncoming vehicle.
One of the cars was hurled into a nearby field. Both drivers were injured and taken to hospital.
Additionally, police reported a hit and run accident in Bettembourg around 6.40am. A motorist hit a cyclist with their side mirror, causing the cyclist to fall. However, the driver did not stop.
The cyclist suffered only slight injuries, with the bicycle also damaged.
