Fly-over between Bertrange and Mamer to open September 2

Just before the start of the new school year at the European School II, the fly-over bridge connecting Bertrange and Mamer will open, with hopes that it will ease traffic in the area.

(CS) Just before the start of the new school year at the European School II, the fly-over bridge connecting Bertrange and Mamer will open, with hopes that it will ease traffic in the area.

Traffic at the “Tossebierg” roundabout had already been difficult, when the construction of the new European School added to the problem. The nearby Lycée Technique Michel Lucius was causing more traffic than the small roundabout could handle, with many pedestrians also crossing there, and buses and cars heading to the European School created further tailbacks.
