(CS) A delegation of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is set to travel to Luxembourg during the first week of September to take a closer look at the 2013 election campaigns.
The delegation will meet for talks with representatives of Luxembourg's political parties, as well as members of the public and the media.
Based on information gathered during the one-week day, the organisation will then decide whether it is necessary to send election observers to the Grand Duchy for election day on October 20.
The delegation visit is standard procedure.
Luxembourg itself is currently involved in six OSCE missions, contributing up to four observers to monitor elections in Albania, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Mongolia and Tadzhikistan.
