Luxembourg teacher Nicola McEvoy relinquishes her title as International Rose on Tuesday when the 2013 winner is selected in Ireland.
The European School History teacher, who comes from Cork in Ireland, last year won the highly coveted crown for Luxembourg in the international contest celebrating Irish culture and heritage.
