The Institute for Global Financial Integrity invites Adviser to the Board at Banque Centrale du Luxembourg Paul Mercier to speak about the independence of the central bank.
The event, which is the 30th Luxembourg monthly finance lunch, is hosted at the Cercle Munster from 11.30am with speeches beginning at 12.15pm.
Mr Mercier was born in Leuven (Louvain), Belgium in 1952 and studied economics at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. He currently works for the Banque Centrale du Luxembourg.
