Luxair cancels flights to Egypt
Luxair has now followed suit of other European airlines and late Friday afternoon announced that it was cancelling flights to Egypt.
(ADW) Luxair has now followed suit of other European airlines and late Friday afternoon announced that it was cancelling flights to Egypt. There will be no flights to the country until September 15 unless the current situation in Egypt returns to calm.
As of Friday, Luxembourg had 374 tourists in Egyptian seaside resorts around the Red Sea. 185 of them returned to Luxembourg at about 7pm on Friday.
