Mystery as Luxembourg resident found dead during Portuguese holiday

A Portuguese resident of Luxembourg was found dead on Sunday in a Mondego River a few kilometres from Montemor-o-Velho, west Portugal, reports the Portuguese edition of Wort.lu.

(ADW) A Portuguese resident of Luxembourg was found dead on Sunday in a Mondego River a few kilometres from Montemor-o-Velho, west Portugal, reports the Portuguese edition of Wort.lu.

The incident is said to have happened at about 5.30pm on Sunday when the male victim entered the waters in a part of the river that local media reported as being “murky with moderate currents”.
