Luxembourg's Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker has explained that the Luxembourg government did not know about the US and UK surveillance programmes Prism and Tempora, while hesitating to draw any final conclusions on the scandal.

(CS) Luxembourg's Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker has explained that the Luxembourg government did not know about the US and UK surveillance programmes Prism and Tempora, while hesitating to draw any final conclusions on the scandal.

Juncker's statements were made in answer to a parliamentary question by Green MP Claude Adam.
