Pilots applaud efforts to improve flight safety under new Cargolux agreement

The Luxembourg pilots association ALPL has welcomed the new collective agreement between air freight carrier Cargolux and labour unions, saying that could improve flight safety.

(MSS/CS) The Luxembourg pilots association ALPL has welcomed the new collective agreement between air freight carrier Cargolux and labour unions, saying that could improve flight safety.

As a result of the months-long negotiations, Cargolux CEO Richard Forson and Captain Darrell Myers jointly filed a request with the "Direction de l'Aviation Civile" (DAC) to increase maximum flight times under a Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS).
