(CS/str) Luxembourg Health Minister Mars Di Bartolomeo has said that the health sector is working on overcoming the language barrier between doctors and patients, following an open letter circulating on Facebook complaining of problems at a hospital.
A letter published on Facebook by Guy Lucius received some 1,000 shares, more than 2,000 likes and hundreds of comments. In the document, Lucius outlines how his elderly mother, who was recovering from an operation in a hospital in Luxembourg's south, was unable to communicate with staff since they only spoke French.
