(CS) Luxembourg recently adapted its commercial code to create a legal framework for the bankruptcy of cloud computing services, one further step in making the Grand Duchy a go-to destination for cloud providers, according to Justice Minister Octavie Modert.
The new law promises access to stored data in case a cloud service company based in Luxembourg goes bankrupt, creating more certainty for customers and users of such services.
