(CS) While the EU has recently regulated roaming fees, differences between regular mobile tariffs remain at a 774 percent high, with the Netherlands and Luxembourg topping the EU27 ranking.

A report by the European Commission found a staggering 774 percent difference between the cheapest and most expensive mobile phone charges for a one-minute phone call in 2011.
