Athus bomb alert was not false: WWII shell discovered
The bomb alert on Tuesday near Athus station just a few hundred metres over the border in Belgium that caused train delays on the entire line, turned out not to be false!
(ADW) The bomb alert on Tuesday near Athus station just a few hundred metres over the border in Belgium that caused train delays on the entire line, turned out not to be false!
The alert was in fact due to the discovery of a shell dating back to the Second World War.
