Bomb alert at Athus train station lifted

A warning of a bomb alert was announced early afternoon on Tuesday on the train line between Luxembourg and Athus, however the all-clear has now been given.

(ADW) A warning of a bomb alert was announced early afternoon on Tuesday on the train line between Luxembourg and Athus just a few hundred metres over the Belgian border. However the all-clear has now been given.

The location of the alert was actually at Athus train station and the and trains in the area were brought to an immediate standstill.
