Luxembourg's Finance Ministry has responded after a damning report accused the country of not doing enough to help catch tax cheats.

The Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, which operates under the auspices of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), produced a report this week saying that Luxembourg had not always fully used its legal powers to provide requested data on suspected tax dodgers.
