Thieves attempt BIL cash machine theft with forklift truck

A woman living in an apartment above a BIL bank was awakened in the early hours on Friday morning by a loud noise as thieves below attempted to rip a cash machine out of the bank’s wall.

(ADW) A woman living in an apartment above a BIL bank was awakened in the early hours on Friday morning by a loud noise as thieves below attempted to rip a cash machine out of the bank’s wall.

It was at about 2.20am when the brazen theft attempt occurred in Weiswampach, a town in the far north of the country.
