(CS) Despite a negative verdict by Luxembourg's State Council about a deferred dissolution of parliament, a constitutional committee decided on Wednesday to suggest to the Grand Duke to dismiss parliament on October 7.
Luxembourg's State Council commented on Thursday afternoon that parliament should be dissolved effective immediately when there is a substantial and serious rift between the coalition or between the government and parliament.
