A motorist had to be freed from their car by firefighters after they veered off the road in Dudelange.
The accident happened on the route de Thionville on Thursday afternoon.
The driver, whose car plummeted in a creek, was trapped for some time before rescue workers were able to release them from the vehicle.
The driver was taken to hospital in Esch-sur-Alzette. The cause of the accident was not given.
