(ADW) Hot on the heels of mobile phone provider Orange, comes the revenue results for Tango for the first six months of 2012.
Compared the 2011 for the same period the company showed a 7.3 percent rise in income to 55 million euros.
The ARPU or Average Revenue Per User, has also risen by 5.5 percent over six months, compared to the previous year to 28.8 euros.
Breaking the figures down further, Tango notes that in the second quarter of 2012, income reached 28 million euros an increase of 4.4 percent.
The same period also attracted more than 1,000 new customers bringing the phone company's total subscribers to 268,000.
Tango relates much of its growth in two main areas: Smartphone and tablet subscriptions, and its entertainment service “Deezer for Tango”.
