(ADW) Luxembourg Automobile Club ACL chose its new president on Tuesday evening at the company's general meeting.
Yves Wagner takes over the position from Jean Yves Hoffeld, who has held the presidential chair for 10 years.
Yves Wagner, who was actually a racing car driver for many years, has participated in the development of ACL where he was first an associate member before becoming Vice President. Currently he also heads up ACL's sports body.
With a PhD in economics, Yves Wagner began his a career in the Luxembourg financial world. After holding senior positions in Luxembourg-based companies, he created his own business in 2004, specialising in the Luxembourg investment fund industry.
