(JB) Luxembourg is a popular holiday destination for campers. So, when director François Pirot was looking for a location to shoot a movie about two friends and a campervan, he didn't have to think hard.
The Belgian director leapt at the chance to part shoot his next movie, Mobil Home, in the Grand Duchy.
From July 11, his film crews will be visible around the country shooting a number of scenes in the country's verdant countryside and winding roads.
Mobil Home features two main stars; Guillaume Gouix (playing Julien) and Arthur Dupont (playing Simon) playing two friends. Worlds apart, the pair are reunited when Simon returns to his family home after leaving his job and girlfriend.
His arrival prompts a dramatic chain of events, leading the faithful to Julien to leave his father's side for an adventure on the open road with his old pal.
Mobil Home will be Pirot's fourth movie. The cast also includes appearances from Jackie Berroyer, Eugénie Anselin, Claudine Pelletier, Jean-François Wolff and Jean-Paul Bonnaire. Filming runs from July 11 to August 19.
