The results of the fiscal financial income for the CNS (Caisse Nationale de Santé) for 2010 shows a current account deficit. Indeed expenditure has exceeded revenues to the tune of 27.5 million euros.
It follows that the total reserve is therefore reduced by this figure from 179.1 million euros in 2009 to 151.6 million euros in 2010, representing 33.8% of current expenditure.
The total reserve of 151.6 million euros is however, much higher than the minimum legal reserve, which is fixed at € 44.9 million, or 10% of current expenditure, and a cumulative surplus of 106.7 million euros.
